I have worked with university researchers to consult on various student achievement programs and projects. This includes research on goal setting and mindset for college students.

I have taught college students how to prepare themselves for graduate school and life after college. My work with students also involves pointing out how their experiences in college (e.g., research, internships, assistantships, etc.) help them develop related and transferable skills. 

For years, I have served as a resource to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice to apply to graduate school. My passion projects include working alongside first-generation college students, women in STEM, and underrepresented students.
